Noordsingel, Rotterdam

Hi Future Roommate, I am sub renting my guest room for the next coming months as my girlfriend will be traveling around in the next month and I don´t need the whole apartment for myself. The apartment is around 130m2 with 3 bedrooms (one I am using as my office). It is located on two floors 2 and 3rd without any elevator. The location is Noordsingel with a beautiful canal in front of the house and city center within 5-10 min of walking. IMPORTANT I have an 1-year-old cocker spaniel that lives with me in the house. He is really cute and loves everyone and everything but you must be willing and able to live with a dog. My girlfriend will be traveling around but still will be around from time to time. Else you are just sharing the apartment with me and JJ (the dog).
