Light, well maintained 1 bedroom apartment of 45 m², located in a quiet street in the popular Frederik Hendrikbuurt (Amsterdam West), close to the Hugo the Grootplein and the Jordaan. The apartment is situated on the second floor. At the Hugo de Grootplein you can do your daily shopping and for a snack & a drink you can stay in your own neighborhood; Binnenvisser, Coffee & Juices, Hendrix, Brandstof, etc. By bike you are within a few minutes in the Jordaan, center or Old West and by car you are within 10 minutes on the on the Ring A10. I am subletting my apartment because I’m going abroad for a month. The apartment comes with my cat Noa (very cute and loves to cuddle). She will stay in the apartment during my time abroad, so please only respond if you like cats and are willing to take care of Noa for a month! - No elevator in the building and only accessible by Amsterdam (steep) stairs, not suitable for people with immobility problems. - Towels and bed linen are provided. - Gas/water/electricity is included in the rent. - Moving dates are discussable. - Smoking is not allowed. .....
