Dear potential new tenant! We are offering an entire home with 3 bedrooms and one living room. In the photo's the biggest room is furnished as a bedroom but is now a living room. We are not allowed to rent this place out to more than 2 people who share it because of permits which are required for that. If you are related or family it is not an issue to live in the house with more than 2 people. Now there are some downsides of this property (hence the low rental price). The former tenants broke some stuff. The kitchen counter has damage and the toilet door is damaged. The property has not been renovated or painted in the last 5 years and it has been lived in. The former tenants left some stuff, see the picture of the washing machine room which is uploaded here. All these things and some I might be forgetting now aside, you will be living in a penthouse with public transport in a 1 minute walk! Just 20 minutes to the center!
