Our beautiful apartment will be available for a couple of months, because we will be living elsewhere. Note: we will be taking some of our furniture on the pictures with us (e.g. bed, sleeping couch, washing machine) so these will not be included in the rent. Kitchen and living room furniture (e.g. dining table, couch, TV) will be included in the rent. This fully renovated apartment in neighbourhood 'Kralingen - De Esch' is partly furnished and very close to the Erasmus University of Rotterdam. The apartment is perfect for 1 or 2 (international) students or for a (working professional) couple. The apartment is on the 4th floor and is 70 square meters. The building has an elevator and the apartment has a very large private balcony. The kitchen has high-end equipment and also a lot of cooking utensils (induction cooktop, coffee machine, microwave/oven, dishwasher, and more). Rooms: - Bedroom 1: 4.4 x 2.7m, (NOTE: the double bed on the pictures will not be in the apartment, tenant has to arrange own bed) - Bedroom 2: 4.4 x 2.4m, (NOTE: the sleeping couch on the pictures will not be in the apartment, tenant has to arrange own bed) - Living room and open kitchen: 5.2 x 4.4m and 3.4 x 2.3m - Balcony: 10.8 x 1.3m - Storage room inside the apartment (NOTE: there will be no washing machine) - Separate toilet and bathroom Distances: - Erasmus university: 4 minutes with bicycle, 10 minute walk. - Tram-station: 1 minute walk, brings you to Erasmus University in 2 minutes, ‘Train-station Blaak’ and city centre in 10 minutes and ‘Rotterdam Central station’ in 15 minutes. - Metro station ‘Kralingse Zoom’: next to the university. - City centre: 10 minutes with bicycle. - Supermarket: 5 minute walk, 2 minutes with bicycle. Other important things: - Free parking in front of the apartment. - Free football- and tennis court next to the apartment. - Price includes internet and excludes utilities - Some furniture not included: e.g. bed, sleeping couch, closets, washing machine, office desk IMPORTANT: No parties allowed because of noise disturbance and damage!
