A nice 16m2 room is available in Rotterdam Prinsenland 10 minutes from University. It is located in the greenest area of Rotterdam with a large park 1 minute walk from the house. The room is furnished with a desk, chair, bed and bedding and closet. The apartment has four rooms and a renovated new kitchen and bathroom. The house is shared with three other people. There is a washing machine in the apartement. The price is €725 including all bills and €1450 refundable deposit. We work with contracts and are looking for students from University or University of applied sciences. A couple can book the rent. The extra person will have to pay €125 extra per month. And €250 if the extra person likes to register. The first month, deposit and administration fee has to be payed within 24 hours after the booking date order to secure the room.
