The apartment is located on the 1st floor, with the bedroom away from the street side, ensuring even less noise despite being in a quiet street. The bathroom has a bathtub , a toilet and a sink. Inside the apartment there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave/oven combination, a fridge and a freezer. The apartment is situated slightly on the east side of the Central Station, which is a 12-minute walk away. Additionally, there is a small shopping area just a 5-minute walk away, where you can find drugstores and grocery stores. Due to its central location, the apartment offers convenient access to various amenities within a 15-minute walking distance. You can easily find restaurants, bars, cinemas, parks and museums.
